I seems to always appear in the same corner of the frame, which would be the upper right corner of the film as it exists in the camera. In looking at my IIIf, the only source near there is the screw hole in the top plate, behind the shutter speed dial. Are you shooting without a screw-on ring around the shutter release? A leak in that area might also appear as this leak does. I would apply black tape to anything around that part of the top plate that doesn't have to move, and see if the source can be located.
