I agree with prior posters regarding delayed muscle pain post MVA -- very 
common, could last a week or two.
The knees are a bit more worrisome -- if you hit the dash, could have some 
troubles there.
I'd have them checked out, and be aware that sometimes initial X-Rays can be 
normal, so that if pain persist, further evaluation could be necessary.
