Mine came as a kit, with a special lenspen, different heads for it, a brush
blower, all in a nice case. Here is the pen:

and effective. I turn the camera upside down and use the blower and brush
to get any loose dust off so I won't scratch anything. Then I use the
lenspen to gently wipe across the sensor. It's very soft and attracts dust
to its surface.
