Depends on how much you want to spent.I wouldn't take a C. A bit too old 
and I think you can't change the screens.
I have 500cm and that works very well. If you have a bit more to spare 
I'd take the 501 because of the bigger mirror. The SWC is not the first 
camera that comes into mind when you want too shoot  portraits.
The flexbody is meant for architecture etc. and is complete overkill for 
portraiture.
