The main thing we are not doing in the USA is testing. I have friends who
have symptoms and have traveled in affected areas but they absolutely
cannot get tested. Family doctors have recommended testing but even they
cannot get the tests done.

The whole attitude is - if we don't count them, they aren't there. Keep
the counts down at all costs.

When they do finally start testing, it's going to be a disaster. We do not
have the health system to deal with this.

Tom and I have not left the house and only Laura has come to the front
porch. Our neighbor drove in the driveway today to check on us, but we
just yelled from the porch that we were OK and needed nothing.

Everything is going to be online until this is over. I don't anticipate
that it will be over any time soon.

Our Republican governor finally closed schools today. Much too little,
much too late.
