Hi Douglas, no, the conflict comes about when a celebrity is out in public
and is incessantly approached by adoring fans. Some public love is very
ego boosting but constant interruptions is a problem.

A brief story, a very famous actor and now former governor of an extremely
large state told me why he had multiple security guards even though he was
more than capable of handling aggression. He needed people on both sides
when in a public restroom so fans wouldn't turn in his direction when they
noticed him and recognized him; frequently forgetting they were in mid
stream so to speak.
