Douglas,

Wow, glad to hear your knees are feeling better after the injections.  My
wife tried the injections and had zero luck and ended up getting both knees
replaced and is now pain free.  Hope the injections work long term.

I know what you mean by needing to loose weight, I have managed to drop
over 50 lbs this past year.  Still need to loose more, but it is getting
there. i have also taken up Nathan's habit of riding my bike, which helps,
even got my wife, Chris doing it also.
