Thanks, Bob.  I don't know exactly how the M8 and my Oly 4/3 compare with 
respect to exposure compensation, but, after reading comments from other M8 
users about using -2/3, I set that same adjustment on my E-510 and it works 
out pretty close.  I make final adjustments in the RAW converter.
