Len, Steve,

Thanks. I had forgotten about DRM on SACD. To think I use to work on  
DRM.

If I had SACD discs, I would either buy the Sony XA5400-ES player with  
HDMI output and connect that to a HDMI-capable amplifier or a more  
plebeian Oppo 980H which also outputs SACD bitstream via HDMI. If the  
Oppo doesn't mess with the bitstream, it sounds like a better deal. :)
