True that. I prefer to use ADAT optical interconnects. It rather finesses 
the noise problem. I will always think of speaker cable when I hear the name 
"Monster Cable", even though I know quite well that Monster has expanded 
their reach into a larger number of pockets by making other kinds of cable.

Candlestick Park here in San Francisco is now Monster Park. Named, alas, 
after the cable and not the cookie.
