When I was forced to buy a new PC, it came with Win XP Home Edition and I found no way to access my old backup files. I now use a simple File Copy routine to back up critical files on an external hard drive. I probably have an old Win 95 as well as Win 98SE CDs, but they would be those provided by Dell and are probably not complete. I suspect one would have to install one of the older Windows versions in order to use the backup program.
