As for a good size moon image you need the equivalent of about a 1200mm lens of very high quality. I've been fascinated with getting a good moon shot for years. As for Jim's comment, photos #1 and #3 appear to be the same size as when they came out of the camera. The gallery resizes the photo to a manageable size for viewing but when you click on the enlarge photo symbol, only about 10% of the photo shows at one time.
