I did in fact go and look at them on Sunday but we only get ice maybe 
three or four days a year and I really hate rumbling tyres if I don't 
have to have them. Your idea of a second set of rims is a good idea 
though. At the moment I swap out the slicks for tyres with tread around 
Halloween just before the leaves fall and try to kill you (John will 
understand... the leaves are worse than ice in some ways).
