Take it very easy and do not stress or push yourselves too hard as, apparently, it can be a trigger for Long CoVid. I'm still battling my own Long CoVid - now nearly a year on and off - as I got CoVid end of Feb '20 and started to realise I had the long variant a couple of months later. I am again just enduring a bad couple of weeks, poor breathing, heart racing, chest pains, sore throat with swallow issues, nausea, and other issues, hence lack of interaction with the list. This thing seems to be the gift that keeps on giving. It goes away and you begin to feel OKish, but then just as you feel complacent, it starts again. Anyway, I'm being referred - my infectious disease specialist confirmed this morning - to a new specialist rehabilitation team which has been set up in a smaller hospital a couple of kilometres from the house.? We'll see how it goes. Best of luck with the recovery, and to Aram, good shots!
