A new source of protein for food pantries? My parents teamed up with the
CEO of a largish company to use the carcasses of elk to duck in their
"soup" kitchen. The CEO used hunting trips to secure or hold clients but
most clients didn't want/need the meat. I will assume that the donated
protein was a tax write off as well.

In Atlanta the Canadians are a menace in their numbers as they've settled
in near any body of water. They would be a good study subject for
ingestion of ag chemicals as they frequent golf courses. They also are
thick around the few rice fields left around Katy TX.
