I would say that felt age is really two large areas. First is personal
health and well being. For a some this can be improved by various actions
and for others genetics and fate have intervened in an unfortunate way.

The second is looking back at lost spouses, pets, friends, jobs will cause
deleterious mental spirals. On the other hand, looking forward to some
positive possibilities will lift spirits.

A long way of saying happy birthday to Brian and wishing him the best.
