That?s a wonderful programme!

Barcelona is a must - Lluis is its main attraction ;-)
We were there some years ago late October, and felt it was still like (our) 
summer.

Northern Italy won?t be too hot then, but could be rainy.

And Switzerland is a beautiful garden. Do not make it too late in October - 
the forests are absolutely gorgeous in their fall colours - there might also 
be early snow falls.

Wetzlar, unless you are to meet some Leica folks there or are attending a 
workshop, is just a curiosity I think. The old town center is nice though. 
Check on the weather stats there, it might be rainier than Northern Italy at 
that period ?
