Here are 4x samples of the pairing that I am considering. May be this will
give some ideas of my visual metaphor approach. There are in fact a few
people's pairing that will stay, by nature of their choosing already, Tina
Manley, Greg Rubenstein, and a couple others. I will respect Bob Adler's
choices as well.

If anyone does not like this change, email me and I will remove the
pictures. If someone else wants to take over, I can upload all 400+ MB on a
server and they can take over.
