Flat rate per image, license period 20 years. Unlimited print run, 2 page spread, worldwide, print and e-book, for 25 years and I get 50% of $180. When I started in stock, the lease would have been for one year at the most and renewed every year they used it. The price for one use would have been closer to $1000. It's a tough market for photographers these days!
