I have stuck the EVF on my M to give it a fair shot. 
So far it works well with non-critical focus situations, but no better than 
the rangefinder. For critical focus situations (e.g., close work at f/1) 
where the subject is moving I find it too slow. 
But I need more practice. Going to visit grandson Leo in two weeks and will 
try it then.
