IMO, Clairefontaine paper or Rhodia paper works best with fountain pens (and 
perhaps quills). There are some places on the 'net that still sell 100% 
cotton paper. HP Premium paper ($18/ream) can be had at Office Depot, and it 
is very FP friendly.
