I can say that at least Leica, or better said Leitz Wetzlar G.m.b.H.   
was very, very kind. On the 80's I've purchased a Pradovit in Germany  
with the lens Colorplan CF, at that time this was always in Leica  
adds, I?at home I was disapointed for the lapsus of time it takes to  
focuses the slide, I wrote a letter (fax was not yet in use) and his  
response was sending me a normal Colorplan lens and saying me, take  
your time, you test both and you return the unwanted one.

A nice history, that look quite impossible in our days, as your  
wonderful experience with Fuji!
