thanks Ted, you are very kind.   My work has been a labor of love, has 
reached out to people, was born of dire circumstances. I am glad it reached 
out to you, and to many others.  It is an honor to to have my work discussed 
in the company of that of Lluis Ripoll, whose photos I greatly admire. I had 
the chance to take some more photos today, and while I don't plan to do 
another book having the same content, the thought crossed my mind that 
people with dementia represent humanity, moving slowly across our vision in 
the manner of ghosts, I plan to consider that idea further.

In any event, your words have touched me, as has the interest of many LUG 
members. Thank you...  And to Lluis, keep up the wonderful work.
