Hi Jayanand,
I find reading books and magazines fine on the iPad. I have cancelled 
magazine subscriptions and re-subscribed on line where possible so I can 
read any of them that takes my fancy without searching out the printed copy. 
It also saves trees :-)
OTOH I have no frame of reference other than my little Palm device with 
which to compare it.
