Subject: [Leica] Electoral Reform protesters snaps

Frank, it is manifestly absurd to have an electoral system where a party 
gets 23% of the vote and 57 seats (1% more votes but 5 seats LESS than in 
the previous election) while another party, with 29% of the vote, gets 258 
seats.

I purposely do not name the parties in question because the argument is not 
about the LibDem vs. Tory vs. Labour but about the system itself. No other 
Western democracy permits such absurdity.
