Frank,

Actually I got really lucky today. I checked my local Craigslist and  
found a guy who sold me a more or less complete darkroom for a song.  
AND I have a bathroom AND a basement;-). I'll be setting it up this  
week, and soup the first roll of Tri-X I've developed in about 10 years.
Wish me luck, I'm gonna have fun.
