Tina, I am a believer of the TCM and other "alternative method" of body
alignment, acupuncture etc. Other people may have different opinions and
experience.

After a wreck like yours, besides any overt bruises that you may see, your
ligament/tendon/fascial are in shocked. Your disc may get compressed and
misaligned.

I'd recommend that you talk to local friends and see if there are
chiropractors they can recommend. Unfortunately, there are some charlatans
out there, but I think you can spot them out easily enough.

This sort of shock could cause long term problems if left untreated :-(
