Subject: [Leica] M8 file problems

Not sure what the problem is, but if you shoot in DNG and the image it
got is only 320x240, my guess is that the file is corrupted and it's
only showing you the thumbnail data, which obviously is also
corrupted.

First thing - do not take any more pictures on the card, then may be
try running some kind of image recovery software and see if it can
reconstruct the files better.

Good luck. I hate it when there is only one chance to do something
right, and then technology intrudes... :-(
