There's something very Leica-ish in all this discussion of porridge.  ;-)   

Quaker Quick Oats for me.  Three minutes in the microwave, add raisins, milk 
and a bit of sugar and I'm set.  More than that I cannot deal with so early 
in the morning!  

I gotta' try the jigger of Scotch in the oatmeal one of the cold mornings 
though.
