Elmarit shows 2.5 stops vignetting, the same as the ASPH. version The Angulons look to have more than that and further, being non-retro focus have deeply intruding rear elements. I looked at some and was not confident that they would be usable on the M8 at all. I did not try it. Possible colour fringing (from chromatic aberration???). Doug Herr tells us that this is more an issue with teles. A cyan corner effect. This can occur with any wide angle on the M8 when the UV/IR filter is used. Equally applicable to all of the wider lenses.
