Curious if the current ASPH version of the Elmarit 21mm has had any of these
issues.

The lens in question the pre APSH 21 is the single most hotly critized
widely regarded DOGS in the history of any Leica M lineup. An embarrassment.
You'd use the SA 3.4 that was until the ASPH came out which was widely
regarded as a landmark optic.

With the excepted of two maybe one people on the LUG who swear by their pre
apshs have we seen images? This comes up on the LUG every 3 years.

I'd use a Cosina Voigtl?nder 21 WAY before I'd use the pre apsh Elmarit 21.
