The scrapple you buy in the store in the Northeast comes in a brick
about the size of a... brick. I prefer Rapa. I know its not as
authentic, but there are no run ins with pig heads either :) I also
prefer it sliced thinner and cooked so it's crispier. Some places you
get it give you a 1/2 inch thick slice and kind of mushy. It still
tastes good, but I like it with a bit crispier. Like my bacon.

I only eat it now about once a year. I try to be more selective about
what I eat now that I'm getting older (30 - haha).

Tim
