Buy the filters for your WA lenses, use them, and stop worrying.....

If you decide to try it without, and you get that once in a  lifetime shot, 
complete with Uncle Bob's black shirt and Aunt Minnie's black poodle skirt 
that come out in shades of magenta, and hate it,  you deserve it for not 
paying attention.

Use the filters.

I think the coding can be done by operator choice in the menu.....but not 
having an M8, I can not confirm this.
