Having & showing photos of Cuba is presumably not illegal. They are not necessarily evidence that you personally were there, and took the photos. This US thing about Cuba is very baffling from this side of the pond. About 10 years ago I worked for a US-owned dot.com (now deader than Batista). The first time the management from the US came over to visit we all went out for a meal at quite a decent restaurant in central London. At the end the Americans wanted to smoke a cigar, and they were determined to smoke Havanas. Since we were near Piccadilly & St. James's I took them to some of the cigar pushers who hang out in that area, but unfortunately it was too late - they were all closed. So I took them to the Ritz, where we had an argument with the doorman who, despite being dressed like a Ruritanian clown himself, insisted we wear ties. So we had to borrow ties merely to cross the lobby and allow these American businessmen to buy extortionately priced Havanas to smoke, and to take back across the Atlantic. I wonder where they hid them when they went through customs...
