I for one like Blurb.  Your pissed off because their business plan is  
not up to your standards.  Well from what I see they are very  
successful.  Their target customer is one that isn't sophisticated.   
Get over it.  On the other hand have you checked out Lulu.com - they  
take PDF for the whole book .  at least they used to.
