Hello Joseph,

Send him an e-mail here jm@milich.com

Tell him what you want. He calls is a LTM8 adapter. Specify the 9cm
adapter when you order. He should reply with a price list and how to
order. He does ship internationally and only accepts Paypal.

Regards,
Len
