Certainly not sizable enough to tell the difference between different coating methods on lenses. These are slightly big thumbnails. You know what the shot is of. That's about it. mark@rabinergroup.com Mark William Rabiner > From: Bob W <leica@web-options.com> > Reply-To: Leica Users Group <lug@leica-users.org> > Date: Sun, 23 Nov 2008 17:25:19 -0000 > To: 'Leica Users Group' <lug@leica-users.org> > Subject: RE: [Leica] Are Leica lenses muliticoated? > > [...] >> >> Can every one imagine the Edward Weston, Man Ray, HCB... and many >> others improved pictures?, IMHO what we should work to >> improve is our >> creatitivty, with all the respect for all, we are only following and >> technically improving the great creative work of the Masters of the >> past. >> >> Saludos cordiales >> Lluis > > James Ravilious deliberately used older (pre-war) Leica lenses for his > photos of North Devon - a very effective technique for his subject matter. > > http://www.jamesravilious.com/ > > Bob > > > _______________________________________________ > Leica Users Group. > See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
