It is true of Leica, Nikon and Canon or whatever companies gear the pros use. While it's the amateur that may pay the bills, in most cases it's the pros that give credibility and prestige to the line. That accounts for a huge difference in how you are treated and how you can go to the front of the line. While that's the way it should be there should be a much greater effort to satisfy the end of the line as well.
