Subject: [Leica] For Rollei fans: good and bad news

Wow, where can I get a set. Beautiful, but expensive. I am surprised: is
there still a Rollei to be making these cameras, or where they put away for
a few years to "eak" out.

Indeed sad to hear Prochnow and his knowledge is now longer "live", but of
course it lives on in his work.

Cheers

Good news - if you've got 29,000 Euros to spare

Bad news for people who like to read fascinatingly detailed books about
Rollei and Voigtl?nder.

Claus Prochnow died of cancer at the age of 78 in July (perhaps some of
you knew about this already, the German photo magazines only just
reported it last week)
