OT : When I read the title, and as a Frog (TM), I had thought it was Art from the roman, i.e. prior to the Renaissance period. Hence a question about language, do you make a difference in English between the Art of the Romans (mostly copied on the Greeks BTW), and Art when for instance you had chapels, and no cathedrals as such in Europe? Thanks for any educated hinsight into this, and of course for the beautiful statues.
