George, didn't you know that items smaller than 13 oz are much less
dangerous than bigger ones? In Aus every package for overseas mail needs a
declaration including personal signature that there are no dangerous goods
inside as well as the customs form and I am usually asked for an oral
declaration too when I send prints to LUG friends.
Not to worry, all bomb-makers have a professional requirement to truthfully
declare any dangerous content in the mail. Hundreds of mail bombers are
frustrated every year by their honesty.
Recently another security defender in the form of a railroad employee
ordered me to stop taking photos of clouds while standing on railway
property. Another fearsome security risk to my country. I'm still waiting
for a response to my complaint on that one a month later (no it isn't
against the law).

Cheers
Geoff
