Their bet on the inkjet business has flopped, they sold off the medical imaging business, and their dye-sub kiosk business is not too healthy. So, they have the residual cash cow of film, paper, and chemistry, and a lot of truly outstanding intellectual property that would be of value to a properly run company. Otherwise it is the annual downsizing report as another 5,000 to 30,000 employees get the axe so that they can be profitable.
