I am resurrecting this slightly dead thread because
i ordered fred's book "The History of Photography
As Seen Through the Spira Collection" and it arrived
this week. it's a very nice large-format coffee-table book
with many fine color photographs of important and
offbeat cameras. A fine way to remember Mr. Spira.
