Marc, Gerry,

I have just checked with "my wife the lawyer" who points out that if a bill,
whether for royalties or anything else remains unpaid then the person who is
owed becomes a creditor like any other, although there may be an order in
which
you sit in the list of creditors, eg you may rank as a "preferred" creditor
depending. She says that you should get in touch with the receivers
immediately
and inform them of your claim. Who the receivers are is a matter of public
record and it should be fairly straightforward to find out who they are and
get
in contact with them.
