Well I am discussing Public relations vs. advertising.
And obviously you CAN BUY public relations or there would be no one in the
public relations business.

Running an ad for a camera is one thing and having a professional
photographer report back on trying it out is another: and which is a
personal professional endorsement which cant be compared for effect.
