Charles,

The software to create a book of pictures and text is free for anyone--it's 
at www.blurb.com  The only charge occurs when copies are purchased.

My suggestion is that you, Alistair, or another member of the group take on 
the project and create a FOM book from the images.  I'd be happy to purchase 
a copy when finished!
