You lose speed priority and programs but you can shoot with (full) aperture priority or manual (live view on top for macro, just as with the L1 ) I've shot hundreds of shots so. And I'm quite pleased with some of the results. PAW 28 which I'll post shortly was shot with an Angenieux R for instance - Sorry I didn't mean to spoil this thread.
