I remember a virus called WDEF that sat on Mac desktops. Gotta be at
least 10 years ago (infected my Mac Centris - rmember the Centris?).
Brought my Mac to the dealer - they cleaned it and restored all data in
about half a day.

I'm on my 4th Mac (an eMac running 10.3.9 ) and that's the only virus I
can recall. No issues so far with OSX.
