I've been using the Viso III with the 4/135 Elmar head, Otsro & 16471 tubes, 
Otzvo focus adapter. 
Can the Elmar (not Tele-E) be used with the Bellows II? The 16558 spacer 
ring specs mention only the 
Tele-E.
