He does have a great location in one of metro-Milwaukee's two upscale  
suburbs; in a mini-mall with Super Market and a 3 decent restaurants,  
on a corner with fuel, upscale restaurant, etc.; and fine reputation  
as well. I agree about location; however you also need service and  
quality when profit comes only from volume. The per unit profit  
margin has to be really thin given his prices. He's also very savvy  
about what he doesn't do - like time consuming Photoshop work.
